There is an option in Concordance to “Apply Settings to:” in the Viewer Tab, under Tools Preferences. If that is set to “All Databases” but there is a field set under the “Current Database” option, then the link will not work.
To resolve this issue, clear all fields under the “Current Database” option and then set the option back to “All Databases”.
If you want to use IPROView Premium for only some Concordance databases, then set up the “Current Database” tab for each database that will be linked to IPROView Premium.
