Kofax Interface pops up after each page - Scanner will not Scan Continuously

When using the ADF (automatic document feeder) option and Kofax with the Ricoh scanner, the Kofax interface pops up after each page and the scanner will not scan continuously. Listed below are two options to keep the Kofax interface dialog box from popping up.

Fix 1: Ensure the batch scanning job in IPRO Scan Premium is set to continuous
scanning. Test and proceed to Fix 2 if not successful.

Fix 2: Create new source type in the Kofax interface.
Procedure: Click Start button on system tray and go to Settings > Control Panel
Double click KSM (32 bit) icon to open Kofax interface.

Click Next button

Click Create button

nter “Kofax Adrenaline” without the quotes as Source Name

Click drop down for Source Type and select Kofax Adrenaline

Hardware Import with Image Processing

Click OK button

Select Kofax Adrenaline (newly created source type)

Click Set Default button

Click Next button

Click Finish button

Start IPRO Launcher and click Scan > IPRO Scan Premium

Click File > Options > Scanner Setup/Reset

Click drop down and select Kofax Adrenaline

Click OK button

Scan a batch and ensure continuous scanning functions.
