Linking IPROScan Premium Projects to IPROView Premium Projects

An IPROScan Project can be linked to an IPROView Premium Project. By linking the projects together, the LFP and image location will automatically be loaded into the viewing project when the commit process is completed. Follow the steps below to link IPROScan Premium and IPROView Premium projects.

• From the Launcher select Configure and Load 􀃆 IPRO Tech Configuration Program.
• From the IPRO Tech Configuration Program select File 􀃆 Set Directory Paths System Level 􀃆 Set Project Database Directory.
• Enter a viewing project directory.
• Save and Exit the IPRO Tech Configuration Program.

NOTE: The above steps will only need to be done once. After the viewing projects directory has been set up, the IPROScan Premium program will continue to use that directory when creating links with the viewing projects.

• From the main Scanmenu select File 􀃆 Project Setup.
• From the IPROScan Project Setup dialog box select File 􀃆 Open Project.
• From the IPROScan Premium Project Setup select File 􀃆 Create New Project.
• Set up the IPROScan Premium Project definitions.
• Click the … next to Link to Main Project.
• In the Select 2000 Project dialog box, click the Create New Project button.
• Make sure that Check Keys and Auto Index are selected.
• Click Save and Exit

NOTE: When the save button is clicked, the message “IPROTech Project successfully created” should display.
