• Before placing the call please have available:
o The Version of IPRO that you are currently running and the operating system (Win98, 2000, XP)
o The module that you are calling about (i.e. IPROScan Premium)
o The exact problem that you are having with the module
o A synopsis of what steps were being taken when this problem occurred
o If you receive an error message please either take a screen shot of the error or write error down completely
• When you call if all lines are busy and you receive voice mail please provide all of the above information in your message and be sure to leave company name, your name and the phone # including the area code.
• If you are returning a representative’s call, or you are calling to give more information, please refer to the activity number. If you do not have an activity # please be sure to request one from the representative that is assisting you.
This will assist us in processing your call expeditiously and accurately. We look forward to assisting you with any future issues that you may encounter while working with the IPRO Tech Suite.
