IPRO / Summation Link Setup

Summation Iblaze and Summation LG Gold users can view IPROView Premium images from a Summation database as well as highlighted searches, if OCR Text is loaded in the IPROView Premium project. To link IPROView Premium with Summation, perform the following steps:

• After installing Summation, execute the program. This creates the necessary settings for the IPRO-supplied scripts to run.

• Build a case and load data into a Summation database

• Identify the Summation database field that will link to the IPROView Premium. To do this, select Options 􀃆 Defaults and click the Link Fields tab. In the Linked Document Field section, enter or select the correct field in the Doc Link box (usually DOCLINK).

• Before you use the Summation / IPROView Premium link, you must install the scripts. To install the scripts for Summation and IPROView Premium, perform the following steps:
o In Windows Explorer, navigate to the iblaze subdirectory under the IPRO Tech system directory.
o Double-click the iproblaze.exe. A message window states that the scripts need to be installed.
o Click install. The installation script will run. When it is through, a message window appears stating that the IPROView Scripts are now installed into Summation.

• Now that the scripts are installed, you will need to associate the scripts with each Summation case that will be linked to IPROView Premium. To associate the scripts, perform the following steps:
o Start Summation.
o Open the case you wish to link with IPROView Premium.
o From the Script pull down menu, select Manage Script Add-Ons. This will open the Script Add Ons dialog box.
o Under the Registered Add Ons column, IPRO View will appear.
o Click on IPRO View once and then click the >> to move it to the Cas Add Ons column. Then click OK
o The IPRO Project dialog box will appear. Enter the IPRO Project Name for this case. The name will need to be exactly the same as it is in the IPRO Project selection list. IPROView Premium should launch once you click OK and retrieve an image.
