The IPro Tech Software Archive

Hello and welcome to The IPro Tech Software Archive. I created this blog to simplify things for myself and for anyone else who is looking for help on IPro. I ever have questions or need answers for a certain task, this is a lot easier for me to search than calling Tech Support or Navigating their Archive.

Archived Items here can be found on their archive and I do not take ANY credit for these Tips that they provide free on their website.

Although I do take credit for the ones I post ;)

Removing images from a Premium Viewer project

Purpose

You may occasionally want to remove records from the image master database. For example, you might need to delete images that have been scanned into the wrong project. This function removes the requested image keys and all associated tags and annotations from the database.

Specification

For each image to be removed, a corresponding comma-delimited record must be generated in the format:
RP,[Image Key]

Definitions

RP

RP is the identifier that tells the system this is a Remove Page function.

[Image Key] is the image key to be removed.

Example

RP,ALG-000001

This example applies to any IPRO Tech internal Image format. If you were removing 20 image keys, this file would contain 20 comma-delimited records, each on a separate line.
