The IPro Tech Software Archive

Hello and welcome to The IPro Tech Software Archive. I created this blog to simplify things for myself and for anyone else who is looking for help on IPro. I ever have questions or need answers for a certain task, this is a lot easier for me to search than calling Tech Support or Navigating their Archive.

Archived Items here can be found on their archive and I do not take ANY credit for these Tips that they provide free on their website.

Although I do take credit for the ones I post ;)

Troubleshooting "Bad Image" errors in the IPRO Premium Viewer

The most common cause for the “Bad Image” error message is that IPRO does not see the correct path to the image location.
If the images have been copied to a local or network drive then verify that the direct access path is pointing to the correct volume and path where the images reside.

• Go into the IPRO Tech Utility
• Select View
• Select View\Update Boundaries.
• Enter the Image Key that is displaying the Bad Image message.
• Click Find Image.
• Verify that the Volume and Location are correct.
• If not, then Click Cancel/Exit
• Click the Import menu option
• Select Direct Access Volume Path
• Enter the correct volume name and path. Make sure that the volume name is included in the path.

If the images are on CD-ROM, verify that the CD directory structure matches the *.LFP file directory structure and that the CD’s Volume Label is the same as the Volume Name in the *.LFP file.
