To search OCR text in the IPRO Premium Viewer, OCR must first be loaded into the view project. Follow the steps below to load the OCR text.
• From the Launcher, go to Configure & Load IPRO Tech Configuration Program.
• From the Configuration Program select Project Setup.
• Click the View button and select the project to load the OCR text to.
• Make sure that “Allow Image Text Highlights” and “Allow Image Text Searching” are selected.
• Save and Exit the project setup.
• From the Configuration Program select Utilities Launch Utilities Program.
• From the Utilities program select File Select Project.
• Login and select the project to load the OCR text into.
• Go to Import Import LFP file. Select the OCR LFP to load.
• After the import of the OCR LFP file, go to Import Index Full Text Search.
• Once the index in complete, go to the viewer and select the project.
• Go to Search Search Images For.
• In the Search Images dialog box, select “Search Image Text”. Type the word to search for and click OK.
• The query results box will appear and the first image for the search will be displayed with the text for the OCR word search highlighted.

Thank you for all of these tips andhow tos!
My "Building Final Index" has been hanging for the past three hours but is not recognized by Task Manager. Need to reboot for another program but am afraid to do so w/ this Index Building allegedly still going on. Does this window ever get hung up?
(It was adding the OCR for about 12,000 pages, but those were mostly short emails.)
